week 5: slumber party?
Regardless of where you start, here's where you suddenly stand: in a long hallway, lit only by cool florescent lights overhead. Not all of them work, leaving parts of the hallway shrouded in darkness. Behind you, there's only endless hallway. Ahead of you, there is one single door—though this week, it seems to be decorated by string lights. Aw, that's nice. It almost... looks inviting? Well, step right on in.
When you enter, you're in an enormous pillow fort. It's the type of thing that sleepy, social teenagers would only dream of. If only they had the architectural knowledge of structural integrity to pull this thing off! Everything is plush, the area is illuminated by cute string lights, and it seems like there are already a few shadowy figures in the room waiting for you...
Won't you play their games?
Cards that explain the games are scattered throughout the area, bringing you up to speed. It seems like each slumber party participant has one they'd like to try.
2 Lies and a TruthThe classic game as you know it—but this time, it seems like there's misdirection all around. Guess the truth among the selection that the Game Host presents. You must win 3 rounds before the shadows recede.
Would You Rather? The Game Host will present a Would You Rather? scenario, however you must guess what the Game Host would rather choose between the two options. The Game Host may be a bit deceiving when you engage in a debate with them to get a better idea of the scenario. You must win 3 rounds before the shadows recede.
The Ranking GameThe Game Host will name one category where they've ranked three things/people/places/etc. in order of most to least suitable. However, they will give five options total. Ex Category: Most Babygirl in All of Purgatory, Ex Options: Rafayel, Obikawa, Tokinaga, Tsukasa, Thorns If you correctly place a name into a ranking (ex: Rafayel as No. 1 Babygirl), you win one round. You must win 3 rounds before the shadows recede.
(OOC) House RulesOnly one person should play each round. (In essence, reply in one long thread and you can tap each other in and out but it'll be easier for the Game Host to answer sequentially instead of multi-threading.) The Game Host may be merciful or cruel. (The Game Host can decide if they come up with new rounds for 2 Lies and a Truth/Would You Rather every time you get it wrong, or let you pity choose from remaining options.)
There is also a few packs of Uno around. You're welcome. You're also all walking in in PJs. Once again, you're welcome. ]

Don't keep 'em on the inside, or you'll turn into your worse self. I'm here if ya wanna talk, dude.

You literally just called them inside thoughts.
[ RYUJI? You are so funny. ]

[Patting him. DON'T CALL HIM OUT.]
You're not a burden, dude. I'll kick your ass. Plenty of people are gonna remember ya! [Don't think 'cause you were bald... Don't think 'cause you were bald... Agh, I'm thinkin' it! That's not why!] Anyway, you got friends here you know too, right?
And we're friends, aren't we? And I bet you made other friends! If I'm not a burden, you're definitely not one.

[ Anyway, he'll just sling an arm around Ryuji's shoulders. ]
And I know I'm not. I've done plenty of things to keep me wanting to move forward. But it's as they say, yeah? What you know and what you feel can differ.
[ Another sigh, and the same arm relents as quickly as it'd been wound. ]
We can talk another time if you want. It's not that deep.

It is that deep if you're hurtin', dude. And hurtin' probably don't ever stop, but... You don't gotta hurt alone is all I'm tryin' to say. S'what friends are for, trust me.

But he will just smile at Ryuji… He is channeling his inner Sylus (mysterious edgelord) except in a more cordial(?) manner. Regardless, he will be back for you. ]
